They are quite correct to refuse..and you are very rude calling that sweet man a 'mother fucking cock sucker'...goodness gracious me..if more people were like you we'd have nowhere to put our rubbish...you should apologise this instant..I am shocked..dear me...goodness gracious...you really should come up here...we know that if the lid on our bin does not go flat then the bin won't get emptied...you've got to have rules...dear me...

I was in one of 'those' moods this morning. I just didn't like their jobsworths attitude and it got me riled.
