There was a tour recently, various 80s acts going round the country----Curiosity Killed The Cat, Hue And Cry, Johnny Hates Jazz etc----and all I could think was where to get a good spot with my sniper rifle.

In a big country was a one hit wonder then?

After that live TV performance that made their big guitar sound like a school band I'm not surprised if that were the case

Magoo: I'm not that sensitive honestly. But if its any consolation and Ben is the better bloke thanks for even comparing me to the best in the first place!

I like to think I have my own style and the answer to that question would be: It depends on who you ask.

My personal opinion is that Ben is the better bloke. He was around first. He made a whopping amount of cash. Has done some blinding scenes and is a jolly awfully nice chap with it.

Now as for dick size... well we dont exactly whip our wangers out to compare over a pint.

Thats just not us.

I dread to think what goes on in peoples minds about our UKAP meetings now.

I did quite like JHJ, particularly after they upset most of the southern US with a joke about Elvis live on radio.

Big Country are no more, as far as I'm aware, since front man Stuart Adamson committed suicide some years back.

But there is a special room for the worst sinners in hell, where they play back to back Stock Aitken and Waterman produced records, Curiosity Killed The Cat and some other awful stuff from the 1980s. Andrew Ridgely and Joe Leeway are probably in the house band.
