If you can see the 'View' button, click on that and then click on 'Toolbar'. Failing that press 'Ctrl+N', that'll bring up a new browser window.

Put your curser over the menu bar (where file, edit, view is etc) and right-click. Go to Customise Command Bar>Add or Remove Commands. From the lists you can add and remove what commands you want.

No. its a laptop so ill take it down the road for the computer shop to have a go. Its not a major thing but just a bloomin nusance!

Have you just tried pressing F11, you may have it locked on full screen.

like the F11 thing. Does get the bar at the top which is what i wanted. Ive lost the blue border at the top but i can live with that!
