				Jordi Cruyff wasn't that bad. I reckon the bloke who said Marco Boogers is close. I guess you could say Shevchenko, who pissed goals out of his arse for Milan, but for 30 million sheets, has been crap for Chelski.

				Having not seen every foreign player who has been in the league i couldn't really comment objectively
Plenty of cases where the club has paid stupid amounts and got short changed but mainly due to the player 'not settling in' IMHO
Talent only thrives in the right enviroment on an off the pitch
Ian Rush in the Italian league at Juventus was a failure yet everyone will remember him for being one of the best strikers in the English game ever

				Similar with Des Walker who was imperious before he went to Sampdoria. His form eventually recovered at Sheffield Wednesday and he should have got an England recall. Had he been at a top club this would have been more likely. 'You'll never beat Des Walker' and in his pomp I don't think anyone did.
