That might have been because she found herself in a surreal moment from a Planet Of The Apes film.
There are hundreds of acts of everyday kindness throughout the country, but niceness doesn't sell newspapers or capture the viewer's attention on TV news. Much better to reinforce the idea that there are crooks everywhere and that the next generation is going to hell in a handcart. (And of course, that was what our parents thought of our generation).
Anyway, if there is such a thing as karma, Trumtpon, you'll get your reward in the next life---reincarnated one rung up the ladder, into Camberwick Green.

Remember, for every good turn, there must be a bad one to balance it, otherwise the world will end.
Never fear. I will wait until there's going to be a severe frost, and go and pour water all over the Post Office steps, about 4am. The water will have turned to ice just before the pensioners turn up for their pensions.
I'll be there, camcorder at the ready.
Oh what fun we have round our way.......

I'm sorry Trumpy, I've only just seen your greeting.
A good evening to you too!
Just been setting upmy new router as I've changed ISP's tonight (gone from 'Blueyonder' to 'Be'); It seems to be working a treat.
