A biased view I know but a man universally recognised (almost) as the greatest to have played his game - Gareth Edwards.

I'll pass on Snooker and Darts. Both are games, not sports and require no athletic ability whatsoever.

Nick Faldo for dedication.

Steve Redgrave.

Daley Thompson.

Jim Clark, Jackie Stewart, Graham Hill, all multiple champions.

Ovett and Coe for a great rivalry and loads of records.

Most overrated Enry "I won fuck all" Cooper, Beckham, Henman.

An elite jack-of-all-trades- master of none.

Surely we are looking for a master of their chosen sport? He is remarkable, if mainly for his multi-talents.

Jonathan Davis was surely better than Gareth playing both league and union.
Cunts like Gavin Henson should watch these rugby legends and get some idea of how its done instead of poncing off Charlotte Church and upsetting rail travellers with his boorish behaviour
