An originally Morrisian portmanteau (evoking the spirit of a lady's faff, clacker or minge) swearword, in this case twat meets cunt. Invented for the Channel 4 series 'Jam' (2000). Now a good description of any cunt who's a twat, or indeed vice-versa.
