my mobile does that too. gives me a pic of westminster at day or westminster at night depending on the time. when i went to sweden it changed to a swedish landmark instead (which i was really fascinated by hee hee)

Once you're on igoogle, click the 'select theme' link and choose the beach theme and set your location.

Magnifique, ma petite fleur!

It wasn't greasy at all as I followed magoo's generous advice by lifting the skin via boiling water, pricking and roasting on a rack to drain the fat.

The only advice I'd give, or lesson I've learnt, is that with the goose losing more fat, you get less meat from a 10lb goose than from a turkey of the same weight. There was just enough though; at least we're not over-stuffed this year.
