Although the US dollar is seen as a much stronger currency internationally.......wasn't devaluing what Wilson did in the 60s? And what the Tory press lambasted him for from that day to this....

I meant that the Euro is seen as a much stronger currency internationally.
Personally, I blame the stress of reading WZR making a selective use of facts to justify his [threadbare] case for making me type the wrong thing in.
