I use the Gillette Fusion as well but once the blades run out for this heap of shite I will go back to the trusty old sabre (mach 3). The Fusion is hopeless for cutting through a weeks worth of growth and just can't handle my George Michael look (fuck I remember when it was cool to have a George Michael type beaver on my chin).

I have in the past used an old-fashioned cut throat razor. No water or shaving foam/soap is used - it's dry. Obviously you have to be extremely careful when using it, but no matter how careful you are you still nick your skin.
