Jacques,
I am drinking the red wine that I made now. I picked the grapes, pressed them and put the juices and skins into big 20 litre flasks to ferment, when the bubbles of carbon dioxide stopped I syphoned off the fermented grape juice and bottled it. It is about 12 per cent alcohol and I am getting pissed!
