"He has a famous party trick of hanging 4 or 5 half pint glasses on his erect dick. He used to do this in pubs and parties"

Do you think that had anything to do with his appeal to the ladies?

Apart from the fact that it was 1977 and John Bonham was giving the hardest kickings of all, that was right.

Bindon was employed as Bonham's bodyguard at the time: Bonzo ended up being his. And no, Bindon was a hard, fair guy- but not as much as Bonzo.

I'd thought that would be a major contributing factor - yes.

It was a bit of a cut/copy/paste job.......I just watched it, nothing new at all, however, whilst he probably was an acquaintence of Reg n Ron, he certainly didn't run in their circles, as they were East London and he was a small time villain in Fulham, SW London.
He was paid off by many publicans to leave their premesis's incase he acted up and scared off legitimate trade..............basically, a bully.

Are you sure? It may have been his wit and etiquette.
