Reality is a seller can have 100% positive feedback yet regularly sell items not as described.

How you ask....................easy.

1. You leave seller negative feedback
2. They responds with nasty feedback to you.
3. You complain to eBay
4. eBay wipe all feedback for the transaction.

Hence nasty feedback gone from your profile but also your accurate feedback about the seller / item gone from sellers profile.

Result seller has 100% positive feedback.

With all the problems occurring here I'm glad I've never registered an account with ebay.
