This policy about throwing council tenants onto the streets if they don't seek work will never happen,unless the tories get in. I don't believe for a minute that lovely sexy Caroline Flint would upset core voters of labour,those being people in council houses. And rightly so. There are already sanctions in place for lazy gits who don't want to work,they lose there job seekers benefit. Why throw people on the streets??what does it achieve?? But like i say im sure once Cameron and his mob get in this would be one of the first things they would do.

I accept that the wasters and mongs of the benefit (council house) dependent underclass will still have an interest in voting Labour - but isn't it the middle classes who are now the Labour parties core voters? You know, those breaded, leather elbowed, muesli-munching types who take the Guardian and Independent and all work in the public sector? Isn't the Labour party their party now? Now that they got rid of Blunkett and Prescott I don't see any genuine working folk in the cabinet.

The Labour party is now a party of middleclass intellectuals, luvies, and sniffy, ex-public school, career politicians who've never done a days graft in their lives. Kier Hardie will no doubt be turning in his grave - because their aims and values are very, very, different to those of genuine working folk. Folk like my good self who?ve paid their dues on the construction sites and in the engineering factories of northern Britain. Working folk don't give the slightest dam about the 'ishoos' that middleclass (NuLabour) folks have the hard on for - racism (although we have friends of colour), wimmin's rights, gay rights, equality, GM food, globalization, etc, etc. All that?s bollocks to us. What we want are nice new houses, new motors, 50" plasmas, and a couple of holidays in Tenerife, per year. Oh, and we also want the streets clearing of the bad brains and malevolent scum who now plague the council estate streets where we once used to live and where our parents still do.

Getting tough on scroungers and wasters there is nothing wrong in that and there are plenty of them running the country called MPs, they may not live in council houses but a lot of them are scrounging from the state and there are plenty of wasters amongst them, they should put their own house in order before they make these useless statements that will never come to nothing, so you evict people from their houses so they have to be re-housed somewhere else or are they going to leave them on the streets, i think not !confused!

It's just my opinion mon colonel. Everything about the man makes me think he's a lying, dithering cunt. When he came out and said that even if the opinion polls had shown a 100 seat majority, he'd still not have called an election last autumn because he wanted to show the British people his "vision", I knew he was just a lying cunt, and not even a good one. You should at least try to make your lies believable on some level.

I don't think much of the NuCons, but they have made it clear they will ditch plans for the ID slave card. That's at least something I feel strongly about which I can vote for.
