My favourite one is "King Solomon's Mines" (1950 version), certainly not the best movie in film history, but one of the dearest to me.
Another one is "She Wore a Yellow Ribbon".

I should have said film, because "movie" is an american-ism, what would be Jim davidson's Film? A life of a misogonist Alchie from the cockney district wee routes in Glasga, a Tory Supproter whom lords it up with fellow Mason cohorts in Dubia? For the record I never liked the bloke, Mr. Manning seemed all right.
