What was all that about?
A boy sits in a giant whirling cage as his father looks on and, somehow, acquires super-human powers.

He did a new series of Captain Scarlett a couple of years ago, but it was all done with computer generated animation not puppets.

Apparently it was the most expensive cartoon series ever produced, costing over ?5 million for 26 episodes and took over 2 years to make.
