Re: mens mags slightly o/t
I certainly agree which your suggestion that men?s glamour mags were terrifically horny and sexy up to sometime in the early nineties, around the dawning of 'The Age Of Gonzo' Then it all went down hill to such an extent that recently Bob Guccionie of Penthouse, a hugely successfully mag in days gone by, was openly talking about 'calling it a day.' When I look back at mags from the 50's, 60's, 70's and 80's I once again feel the ghost of that stirring in the loins that I experienced in my teenage years. The tight skirts, the stockings and suspenders, the high heels, the pouting red lips, the glimpse of fanny, hmmm, hmm. As Buttsie pointed out - less is more, to which you can attribute the success of Fiona Cooper. But when I look at the mags of today - nothing. So I definitely would not what to shell out for one, however if someone could produce a mag that recaptured some of the spirit of men's mags gone by I would be actively interested in having a gander.
VideoAngels have quite a bit of the sort of material you are talking about, from the period you are taking about (haven't you been taking notice of the other posts?) and I am informed by my pal 'The Insider' that they plan to re-release it as soon as it becomes practicable.
The Insider broached an idea to shoot new girls made up and togged out in the different styles of each golden glamour era. I was wondering if anyone would find this appealing?

Ah, Solange. How few of us truly remember.
What a top, top, top bird.
She was one of the first girls I ever worked with when I started at Knave and, along with Andrea Clark, one of the first I seriously drooled over. Good choice, Hornet.

Trust me, Dibble, some of us are trying to turn the tide.
As a couple of you will know, I cut my teeth on Knave 14 years ago, and have seen all the trends and fads come and go. From the hugely norked John Graham girls to hairy snatches, bald beavers and, most recently, teens. Seen 'em all. As (Marcus, I think) is fond of saying, there's nothing new in porn. It's all been done.
Now, though, I've been entrusted with Mayfair as well as MensWorld, so keep your eyes peeled over the next few months. I think a lot of you will be pleasantly surprised.

Mens mags are the best they've ever been RIGHT NOW!
In fact, everything is, life included. The quality of punani has never been this good, in mags or in life! This shaven age we live in...HOW GOOD CAN IT GET????

Re: mens mags slightly o/t
My best mammories (oops I mean memories) of men's mags are from the late 80's early 90's, when I was first tall enough to buy them! Linzi Drew, Kathy Shannon, in mags like Escort & Fiesta, photosets that stick on my mind are one of Kathy in the bath in purple underwear, and Linzi on a football pitch flashong her boobs, nicking my Dad's copy of "I Love Linzi" on video and getting grounded for a month (it was worth it!)
