My brain hurts.......seriously though, I have a track-record with YC going back 5 years/500-odd tapes at least, and have had all sorts of weird stuff with them. Most if not all of these can be put down to the foibles of their agents, although by and large the system works very well.
BUT, and this is the point, they have always been extremely polite, relatively cheerful, and (eventually) seen things my way. Jay has even occasionally gone beyonds the call of duty (or, indeed, good business practice !).
Mistakes happen, even in the best companies: all that matters is the right attitude to the rectification thereof.

If a company is giving you the runaround then you put on your Moaning Minnie/Mickie Suit and post to the forum.
