Didnt buy it, but from reading it seems that it was one of the worst WM of all time, the Flair thing didnt deliver and you just know he will be back in the rin at some point down the line, the title matches we have all seen before, Mayweather went down well, add to that a power cut, another celeb involvment that was silly that being snoop dog in a debacle and a poor ladder match and it sounds very disapointing.
Oh how I miss the 1996-98 period............

Although I did get quite a few predictions wrong and there were some disappointing bits to the night I wouldn't say the ladder match was in any way "poor". The linking together could have done with some work but the match in itself was very entertaining (which is what it should be) and more of a sequence of big moves rather than wrestling. Apparently they are still trying to scrape what's left of Shelton Benjamin off the floor at ring side !grin!

It was the weakest MITB ladder match so far at WM. But then again it has lots to live up to.
Benjamins such a talent, yet they bury him time and time again, hes one of those guys who should have been given much more of an opportunity than he has been.
Now I think about it, too many gimmick matches, a 3 way dance, boxer vs wrestler, ladder match, lubberjack match, the no dq brawl between Finlay and JBL, the 30 man battle royal, when you look at the card and at actual wrestling matches they were few and far between. I am not opposed to the Mayweather match, but whats wrong with building up a one on one or tag team match, right the way through the card.
Too much stuff going on IMO anyway. The only thing on the whole card that really meant anything to "wrestling" fans was the one on one match between Flair and Michaels.
