Steve R was right on the ball, I feel.

I have a horrible feeling that this will get worse and worse. The little girl wants to be with her Dad, who emerges from pubs long enough to declare that he wants her to be with her Mum....she is now with foster parents and it may be that the next few months have us thinking that adoption by a good, hardworking family is the best for the mite.

As for Mum may have planned with an alleged paedo and possibly two- well, as I said- things could get worse and worse.

Could be that Steve or the fact he may have been duped by the family.... from what reports and people who know him say he is not really the full ticket.

After his arrest the mother and 'stepfather' told the OB that they had suspicions of the man as he was acting 'strange' around little Shannon at a family funeral recently...

I think someone tipped off the OB knowing the family had concoted a scam.

Today it is reported that Shannon does not wish to go home and live with her mother... if that's the case can you blame her?

Also The mother has been shunnned by her own mother and close friends......

I think all along there were suspicions that all was not right and as it is so close to the Mcann situation the press did not dare to specualte..
