Cheers, Carac- the sentiment is mutual! I'm grand, thanks- not been on here too often though.

Read since they lost their brazilian/croatian Eduardo they've dropped 13 points in the league and the only time they clicked were the 2 A C Milan games

Doesn't say a lot for the squad as a whole if the loss of one player can have that much of a negative impact

The injury to flamini just before half time was Arsenals undoing imho
You can talk about missed opportunities & not given penalties but nothing can excuse leaking 4 goals in match

I think the loss of 13 points at this stage is down to the relative inexperience of a young squad. Sure, they should be physically fit and not as tired as other, older squads- but mentally: their bottle has gone in the heat of battle. I think that YOUTH has been their undoing of late!!

Still an awesome side who will be immense when they mature and peak.

what a game! highs and lows and I almost lost faith, Liverpool havent taken much off Arsenal in the past couple of years and felt it was slipping away at 2:2!

Made a post about it on my blog featuring Katie Lee (Liverpool) Yazmin & Janey (Arse):

Dreading the hate mail from upset Arse fans that can't take a joke !oops!

The final will be in Moscow, regardless.Chelsea,Man U and Liverpool fans have all been asked to submit visas in order to travel to Moscow,as it takes up to a month to push the visas through. The FA have no say in the matter, and UEFA certainly won't move the final to Wembley,'if' it's an all English final, though it would make perfect sense to do so.But sadly,UEFA does'nt do common sense !whistle!Flat_Eric wrote:

Little doubt it was inexperience

I think this article sums up Arsenals predicament perfectly

http://sport.scotsman.com/sport/Agitate ... 3966417.jp

When you look at who they've turned over in the past 3 seasons(pirez, henry, vieira, lundberg, bergkamp) its easy to see why they haven't won any major trophies

Even allowing for a rebuidling phase ala Man U in the late 80s/early 90s
its hard to see how that could work again when the big boys can just swoop and buy your talent pre-season,mid season, post season
