What a bunch of sad, vile individuals - how can anyone find pleasure in doing this sort of thing ? I do agree though with Dibble in that not all cases are racist ( although this case clearly was ) - many are just cases of workplace humour gone too far. I worked in an all-male factory for 10 years and everybody got bullied to some extent. If you didn't like football, you were gay. If you liked reading books in break rather than watch Deal or No Deal - you were gay ! If you supported Liverpool, you were a red-shit, Copites are gobshite, full-on gay !! There was no escape from it, but most people learned to laugh it off.
This case is different I agree, but it's all too easy to start complaining about a bit of banter and make it out to be something it's not.

I don't think he is remotely racist- and no reasonable person would think that.

I probably do but all mine are down to actual events that have effected me over the years.

The impression I get from the media is if a certain race (with their religion used) is involved then whatever has happened it initially must be down to the race / religion if its against them but not mentioned if its they who are responsible.

One example was when the Police stormed a house and the Neighbours interviewed all turned out to be of the same race doing the usual its heavy handed must be against us and because we are .... blah blah blah supported by the so-called community leaders.

Turned out the property was a drugs den, the raid and heavy handed approach was the same as it is for any drug den but when the story was next on the news it was only white members of the community interviewed.

Those so-called community leaders easy available to rant about race / religion where never seen again.

i am sure it has occured to you all that the daily mail's sole purpose in life is to print stories like this which will arrouse anger in people against all forms of anti racism legislature....its a non story.... but people will use it to say once again that political correctness has gone mad....
