I?m sure her record company wants her to drop dead so they can come out saying she was the best talent since slice bread (and make lots of money). Just like they did with Kurt Cobain who?s band had one and half decent albums but makes him a god of rock.

27 seems to be the magical age at which junkie rock stars go off to play forever on "The Big Stage" (Hendrix, Janis Joplin, Kurt Cobain, Jim Morrison), so by my reckoning Whinehouse (who's 24 now) has about 3 more years before she does one line too many.
