Ot in some cases when they don't want to put the real cause of death - or just aren't sure. It's just a bit of a cop out and a coverall as most people in a weak state will probably die of pneumonia, although it was never the original reason they entered hospital.

No even when i was at school i was excused shorts in PE lessons unless i wore Bermuda shorts with long socks !wink!
