Secret,selling old cameras is profitable,selling other objects not a success.But by combining the two,adding total,then you make a profit.

Bought a few bargains myself this way.

Tried selling some old film posters,one I had on offer went for ??? at Christies recently,and a desired poster(still have it),never had one reply.

If I'd said,make me an offer of 2p,the replies would flood in.

I've just sold two items for reasonable price having listed before with no interest yet there was no interest in a digital camera I expected to sell.

I think from a sellers viewpoint setting end time mid-evening and mid-week when people like to be able to have access to the internet is better than Friday evening or weekend when people more likely to be out, have visitors etc.

went to buy a USED DVD at ?3.00 and saw p&p was at ?2.99!!!!, so I went to Play.com and brought the DVD brand new at ?4.00.

Posted records only cost about 1.80 p/p some sellers are charging nearly a fiver
