I've got the Word file but pdf24 removes the background.
I'll try Bluebeam at work.
If you have Powerpoint I've thought of another way that ought to work.
Make a Powerpoint slide then export as a graphics file. For what you want you should get adequate resolution.

Used the print screen key next to f12 key to take a shot of the screen
3 times to get the complete card (top, middle and bottom)
Paste'd the images into paint shop pro and cropped the images keeping just the card bits of the screen shot and joined them together with paint shop pro making 1 picture again.
Not hard to go only tuck a few mintues.

I hope you have sorted this as I can't get anywhere with pdf creation software.
Maybe as pdf is a compressed format backgrounds are not allowed, does anyone know?

No, its not like that... What you do, is press ctrl + prt sc then open up your image editing software of choice... Photoshop, paint, paint shop pro WHATEVER...
Open a NEW document then click PASTE...
The images you get with print screen, dont go into a folder, but onto your PCs clipboard, so you need to paste it into an image proggy...
Hope that helps
Thanks
