Watching this is amazing, the offenders get caught, but not much happens to them. A few penalty points here and there, but they can rob a car tomorrow no problem and do it all again.
You can get away with crime in England. Ireland too. It costs too much to jail them, so they just throw the probation act at them, which is a licence to commit more crime. There is no deterrent.
