It is not just skill and luck.
Look at Greece in the last tournament, and Turkey in this one.
Others teams were more skillful, maybe some where more lucky.
But they had a great team spirit, a never say die attitude, and a determination to make the most of what resourses they had.
That counts for a lot.
Everything that the French did NOT have.
