We all have a desire, if not a need or longing to be accepted, and surely to be watched in a state of undress, when one feels most vulnerable; committing such a personal act where one wants to be judged in the positive much more than other acts, is the ultimate conformation of acceptance - at least in the physical sense.

Makes you wonder what porn stars who are true exhibitionists (in the medical sense) do in order to get that rush when they retire from porn. Maybe take the dog for a walk in a pair of skimpy skin tight lycra shorts and a tiny vest, and hope all the men walking past them will stare at their bodies.
