I recently got a Sony Ericsson W960i. Its got 8Gb memory a fairly large screen and the ability to go online.

However, the phone is incredibly thirsty on the battery (I'm looking at about 48hrs tops before a recharge although that may be due to overcharging when I first took delivery.)

On the whole though, once you get used to the foibles, its ace!
