Food poisoning often needs no hospitalisation. But do seek medical attention if you have one or more of the following:

High fever
Blood in the stools
Prolonged vomitting (which can eventually cause dehydration)
Signs of dehydration, including a decrease in urination, a dry mouth and throat, and dizziness
Diarrhoea that lasts more than three days

i havent been sick once just Diarrhoea ew i hate that word well i went bed at 7pm woke up at 5am miracle . And bad stomach spasms which got to be the worst for me but seems to be clearing a bit now .

Im a bit of a know-all on Food Poisoning, so here goes.
If you have it, it can be mild or extreme, ranging from upset stomach to near death. It can be attributed usually to incorrectly stored/cooked food, so if you do have it, chances are everyone who ate the same will have the same symptons.
However, if you were on alcohol the night before, you could have had a reaction with the food and booze mixing in your system.
Conatct your GP who will ask for a shit sample which he will forward to the clinic for analysis, you should also conatct EHO at the council where you stayed and report it for their perusal, coupled with the shit being tested and you actually having it can lead to recompense.
