You could say that about most western countries that have gone down the "let someone else prepare the meals route" and in doing so have lost their traditions

I'd wager a good proportion of the past 2 generations would opt for takeaway over preparing a meal from scratch

If your time poor & stressed/undiscilined of course your going to opt for the convenient unhealthy option if you dont know any different
