I would be more inclined to approve if the priority was to actually teach useful skills appropriate to the intellect of the pupils, be that in a classroom or work environment, rather than be concerned about meeting targets.

i remember them threatening this on us when i was at school.
i thought they were pulling our plonkers.

goes to show u should listen to ur teachers cos they can predict the future now.

i still think this is our molly coddle nanny state over compensating for all the years of damage we did sending kids off to work as slaves not so long ago.

u know planet of the apes? well imagine it where the kids are the apes. thats how i see the UK in a few years.
