There is absolutely nothing draconian about it Reggie unfortunately andy at handiwork lives on another planet. I suspect, however, if he was blighted by the problems these little darlings cause he would be the first to moan about not getting any help.

There was a story in my local paper a couple of months ago about a local chavscum mother who couldn't see what the problem was with her 11 yr old wandering the streets at 2am. Apparently its Ok because its no darker at 2am than it is at 6pm during winter!
