No, it meant he was forensically linked to a firearm discharge, even though he denied having a firearm or being anywhere near one.

Still, at least the Forensic Science Service trashed the evidence as soon as they realised they were in the wrong.

Like the Birmingham Six were forensically linked to pub bombings. It wasn't failsafe evidence in the 70s nor was it 20 years later. Someone in the CPS decides it's good enough to go with and what i'm saying is that that is a politically motivated decision, not one which is properly evidence based.

You'll prob disagree, but let's agree to disagree.
