As for Keith....well, it's a long story. He's changed his username that much now that we're used to it.

Giles was definitely Keith Rasputin. I found that out for definite but I can't say how. When he came back as Barcode (after he took issue with Red about something of other) he got booted after a while which leads me to believe the mods realised who he was, though I couldn't be certain.

Decide for yourself:
