Saw some repeats of Ever Decreasing Circles a while back, and very good they were too.

For American comedy I'm currently enjoying Family Guy.

For me:

US - American Dad, Family Guy, Friends (on too often now, but was ace at the time) and The Big Bang Theory

UK - Coupling, Extras, Yes Minister
