Could believe in this philosophical theory, because its very convincing but I have another theory.
But if you are right your theory disproves all the monotheistc religions too.
I believe too that the purpose of life is to refine the gene pool and at the end of the voyage the plan will have been completed.

As a partial solipsist, I've often argued that when I die, this
universe will cease to exist, as I will no longer be there to confirm
its existence. It's a great seven-pint argument, that : -)

I love that idea that says, should all the atoms of a table suddenly
happen to orientate themselves in the same diection, the table will
spontaneously rise into the air. It's never happened yet, though,
AFAIK.... but I live in hope.

Life is demonstrably non-teleological.

As Dawkins and others have pointed out, the notion of God merely
moves the question back a step. What created God?
The idea that God is eternal conflicts with evidence that even
space-time had to have had a beginning, but it's a pretty fruitless
enquiry given our current lack of knowledge.
