It's funny, though, how a few bankers can reek more havoc on the economy than 100,000 chavs on single parent benefits......actually, it's not funny but you get my point.

I'd be surprised if shes not had to enter into some arrangement to pay back the amount in question to get such a light penalty

I think both the bankers and the welfare chavs should pay their fair share. It's not 'either/or' Sam. Your appology is accepted.

it does doesn't it, but no it does not include the elderley, it is based on adult workforce. sad but true.
