'black gobby cunt'?

Why not just 'gobby cunt'? I mean, everyone on that tube train was black and she was the only gobby one around. Bringing her colour into it didn't add clarity to who you were referring to so what was the point?

I think the annoying woman behind the camera is kind of hilarious. Considering it was his friend that actually assaulted the old man, I'm kind of giggling at the "pressing charges" bit.

"Yes officer, I physically assaulted the man who beat me up, I wish to press charges"

Hey you may all be right but thats not the impression i got. This really boils down to who really provoked this in the first place otherwise I stand by my what i said until proven otherwise.

I suspect he is guilty because he is black to some people and thats my point.

Not everything is as it seems even if he appeared to be the aggressor. Im just not quick to judge but it seems many are and the sad thing is because he is balck and the way he looks.

I've been challenging peoples very ideas most of my life which is why I take the stand I do and I still get pre judged on the basis of how I look.

I certainly wouldnt have kicked off the way he did but that doesnt necessarily mean he is the instigator of that situation.

I can understand he might have got touchy because the mans feet were close to him but without seeing the full clip beyongd what is available I am unable to make a proper assessment.

So what? The old guy asked a black guy 'how much to shine my shoes'. He knew that can only be taken one way and so shouldn't have said it. Don't get me wrong, both these idiots sounded like they were gunning for a fight and to the old guy's credit he did move away from the confrontation. You just seem to be excusing/dismissing what the white guy said for some reason.

Could it be that you just want to pin the full blame on the black guy because it fits neatly into your 'old guy gave him what was coming' scenario? There were no heros in that clip, just two tossers.

Hmm, well I don't think either of them is without blame. Not like either one was going to let go of the thing regardless of who started it. Just because the old white guy went to the front doesn't mean he wasn't planning on saying the last word till armageddon if need be. That, or the events before are of course no ground for any physical assault whatsoever, but...

And while this I guess is something that's kind of bad taste to say out loud, I'll still say it and will bet 1 (one) dollars of my hard earned money saying: The old white guy ...his elevator doesn't go to the top floor. If you catch my drift. I'd say it's fairly obvious too.

I know, I know. My point is that the white guy followed up on it, knowing it's meaning and how the black guy would take that. His intention was to provoke and he was wrong.

Ah, I see...

Still, 'black gobby cunt' has got to be racist. If a black guy called you a 'silly white twat' you've got to assume he has issues with white folk.
