I did not say I want Muslims to kill other Muslims. I said --- fanatic and I must say that if a Muslim wants to be a suicide bomber then I would class him as a fanatic. Such a person deserves to be taken out of circulation by whatever means necessary. If that means killing a religious zealot to save innocent lives, I'm all for it.
When you speak about fair trials, do you consider somebody is innocent because he got off because of a technicality ?

This is like a Monty Python sketch, kind of a sequel to the suicide squad in Life of Brian.

I'm sure most people contemplating suicide bombing will now cease such activities. After all, suicide bombing is such a trivial matter that I'm sure no one would risk their life for it.

But Muslims issuing fatwas on other Muslims would lead to Muslims killing Muslims.......which you seemed to incline was a decent option.

I agree to some extent, but my point is that a 'fatwa' is hardly a fair trial, is it? Do you think the Muslims carrying out these 'fatwas' will collect enough evidence and put their suspects/victims in front of a jury before killing them? I don't.
When you speak about fair trials, do you consider somebody is innocent because he got off because of a technicality ?
Yes, they're innocent. Technicality or not (I'm thinking Gerrard getting away with assault when we all saw what he did), they MUST be given innocent first. If they got off on a technicality then the law must change and they must be retried. Maybe that 'technicality' is there to protect others? You're question is left open to lots of hypothetical scenarios where my answer could change so it's a little hard to give one to my satisfaction. We cannot judge someone guilty just because we think they got off on a technicality. 'Innocent until proven guilty' must be the first rule of law, in my opinion.

Funnily enough, the people that complain the most about Muslims not wanting to live by UK laws and customs are the sort that think it ok for some Muslims ignoring our laws and taking things into their own hands in such situations as this. Not pointing you out, here, Dick, just saying....

Me, you, rich, poor, good Muslims and fanatical Muslims.........one law to rule all. Don't you agree?

If a Muslim wants to be a suicide bomber he must take a radical side of the religion, he must therefore leave himself liable to justice by the radicals on the opposite side of the religion. His religion ----- his choice.
I agree that the law must change. I just find it strange that people with money or people who get a decent lawyer through legal aid (for whatever reason), often get off on a technicality. Not justice in my eyes.

The moderate muslims have been at war with the islamic fundamentalists for decades in the islamic world so some scholar proposing a fatwa on their recruits is nothing more than pure lip service

Its sole aim is to take the heat of the moderates who reside in the West when the extremists attack
