When did she "atest" this?

It doesn't appear in the evidence given at the inquest, so presumably she withheld the information at that time and only on a later occasion did she "atest" to it. What was the later occasion?

When it was first broadcast, TV clearly stated that first eyewitness was a house maid who found evidence to support my post.
