Well, since you put it like that Max. Fair dues

But I cant help but notice a pattern here so I'll take that back.

I just watched the doc and have to agree.

Just wondered what the point of it was. I mean Michael Jackson didnt do himself any favours hanging out with kids and deep down i don think he wa dodgy in that way and on the other hand Tuiger Woods is doing what I would expect a lot of ruch young successful men would be doing having an eye for the ladies.

All this double standards with his rise and fall and bringing golf into disrepute...Fuck that. Yeah he was naughty for cheating but to be hauled over the colas like this was wrong

Its to as if he is the first or the last is it?

As for that madame who said Tuiger was alla about pleasing himself HA! isnt that what anyone is doing if they are paying for it.She should have kept her trap shut. Whatever happened to discretion eh?

Dont get me wrong, i aint into treating women bad but its like going to a restaurant...Youre paying for the service

Just seemed like a load of bullshit to me that shouldnt have got made.

As for his dads unorthodox way of raign him, well at least the young Tiger had a daddy around to give him discipline. Look at him now?

If only all boys had a dad like that the world would have more Tiger woods and less street hoodlums getting pissed and into rucks hanging around lamp posts on a Saturday night

Bring back national service I say !oldie!

Max you still don't seem to get that being a rock star you are allowed to do almost anything - take drugs, get drunk, fuck 18 year old groupies, trash hotel rooms ... but you cannot do that sort of thing when you are the world's number one sportsman (that doesn't go with the territory) you are supposed to be a role model.

Also yes he is as 100% Cablinasian.!wink!

Lord above, there's a world of difference between Woods and Jagger.

Jagger is a rock star, to some the ultimate incarnation of a rock star. Bad behaviour of various shades is to be expected, as it is part of the mythology he himself helped create. He embodies part of the sixties generation, and will always have large swathes of media types, many of whom are products of the sixties themselves, going all misty-eyed. Shagging around? Mere grist to the mill. No one in their right mind could ever be surprised.

Tiger Woods is your more modern icon/role model. Clean, bland and tarnish-free, a vision of antiseptic success, worshipped and idolised for his achievements. Much has been made of the black man dominating a white man's sport aspect, but that says more about golf than him. Just who the hell is he? The recent scandal gave us a glimpse of something we hadn't seen - a part of his actual character, with the added bonus it was a part that he'd rather we never saw. It was all far removed from the quiet family man image, albeit an image with a well-oiled PR machine to keep the wolves at bay. For the media, it was a red rag to a bull.

I have two points to make really. Firstly you lucky, lucky cunt Tiger. Secondly doesn't it just show you what money can bring - power. Just like a certain person in this biz really I suppose.

According to Wikipedia his actual name is Eldrick Tont Woods. This was never mentioned on the documentary, you were given the impression he was christened 'Tiger'.

Turned it off when I heard the first line, Peretti said, 'this documentary starts in an unlikely place...Augustus, Georgia'.

Yeah, very unlikely place for a show about a fecking golfer! I knew it was going to be stupidity after that.

Tiger by name. Tiger by nature. Nuff said. Why call him Tiger if he is going to be some clean living pussycat. Every man should be allowed to have a wild time or life would be just fucking dull.

He's got the money, the looks, the lifestyle. Live! Live! Live! I say

Agreed Terry, I always kind of hated him until his scandal, didn't like that clean cut image and someone who was just dedicated to golf. When I found out he was a playa, he became more interesting.

The only one who should be pee'd off is his wife. It's cool for rockstars to do it so fair play Tiger, you went up a notch in my book.

Another thing that struck me when I watched this documentary was just how much money there is around many of those who play golf, not just the professional players but those who do it for recreation. They showed one golf course and said "most golf courses have car parks but this one has a Leah Jet park" and they showed all the Leah Jets parked in lines near the club house. Wow!
