With every 'glamourous' professon there's an iceberg effect. The visible one eighth above the surface is glamourous and perhaps enviable. The invisible seven eighths 'below the surface' - tests, travelling, self marketing, precarious income etc - is far from glamourous. Hence Tequila can say she doesn't miss the lifestyle because the lifestyle is a drudge !

Parties, travelling, events, networking..the actual work itself. Takes up enough time to become full time in itself. Hence life style.
Before you know it a lot of your friends are in the porn biz and because you work in it all the time....Thats what I mean by lifestyle.
It does become a way of life

It doesnt apply to those who do it as a hobby and have a regular 9 to 5 monday to friday.
