Probably predicted the end in 1999,2000,2001,2002,2003 etc etc just to cover himself. It's just like the Mayan calender stopping in 2012.........maybe they just got fucking bored of doing a calender?

We'll still be around after 2012. So many predictions about the end of the world stuff, just bores me. Man will live on.

I dont think he is full of shite. I just think he was a social commentator who lived in a world where social commentators where killed for being social commentators.
