Oh Dear David, we seem to back on your sticky ground of percentages and figures, you really do struggle with them don't you.
Presumably this post is meant to suggest that because Brits commit 80% of the crime in London then they are far more likely to be criminals?
Are you suggesting 20% of the populace of London is composed of foreign nationals?

"Presumably" You guessed wrong. If you are referencing my post entitled Shock horror of Max Tramere one man crime spree I am jokingly referring to the massaging of statistics of which the Telegraph report is one and my post is another by accusing Max of a crime campaign.
