All I can say is, if you've found companies who have given you cast iron promises that they will take your product BEFORE they've seen it then you must be a huge player in this business. Andrew Blake, and maybe a few others could structure a deal like that. I've NEVER heard of that situation happening before. Of course if you are up there with the likes of Andrew Blake, you'd have enough money to go ahead without the need for any outside investment. Most deals being done at the moment involve you giving the rights to a company, who will promise you a certain amount ONLY when that amount plus advertising and distribution costs have been recouped through sales. The honest companies will then pay you out, usually about 2 yaers later. The dishonest companies will just tell you that they made a big mistake, they haven't made any money from your movie, and would you please go away. At the moment the porn industry worldwide is suffering from massive over production. It really doesn't need another company coming along at this time. Right now if you want to make a million, find someone with 2 million, and then get involved in the porno business.
