I think the only thing going against him is the fact he is black and lives on an estate.

I'm not saying Ms Hopkins is racist. She may well be ok if you changed the estate to something grander like a mortgaged home perhaps, like somewhere near Sloane Square or Chelsea !happy!

If she's highly suspicious of names that connote a different ie lower social class than her own (in her view), then chances are she'll be similarly vigilant to names which are suggestive of ethnicity, but she'll keep quiet about this.

I agree Jonone but I mentioned it in response to the KH vid going around and had my nuts chewed up off by a female friend that said KH wasnt being accused of racism...(very true) but i suspect strongly that ethnicity and class do not walk harmoniously hand in hand through a field of lilleys on a sunny day

Social class falls outside the scope of so called 'hate crime' and so the Gov't and right wing press successfully stigmatises the unemployed and other benefit recipients by presenting them in a very negative light. I would argue that this is 'hateful'.
