Yes thats the one! Those were the days of decent telly.
David Morrissey (Billy) has gone on to have a good career but the lad who played Icky was very poor and from what I hear the director demanded that he should not be credited!
Also one of the minor roles as leader of the Swanjacks was played by Ian Hart(another Hollywood luvvie)

JJ - correct with the BGAFD links.
BUT Penny IS the young lady from the Doco that was seeing Marcus for test shots etc. I'll bet both my testicles on this.

Can't comment, as I didn't see the doc, but would assume you're right, as her only other known scene was with Marcus !!
