don't think so, I haven't seen the vid, just the box cover and it has Gina Colany (with the tattoos as mentioned) and another woman who has that sort of silver gothy type makeup - outlines of the lips in darker colour.

Dream Hotel is the Italian title for
Dream Girl where Gina Colany is monstrously changed. I find it out just now as I don't recognize her before.
2. Now I can say that she appeared in
Il fuoco della trasgressione: she might be Cristel or Marilon (the other girl is an ugly brunette); please add in this cast also Kristina Soderszk (she appears uncredited in a short scene extra that was added).

Gina Colany is definitely credited as Marilon in this movie, as in another title (same year, same director and similar cast) she doesn't appear.

personally i am convinced
the complete & very extreme change of her appearance did not work
because many knew her as a very hot actress Tiziana Redford et al.
i found her as T.Z. exciting despite her silicon implants too.
she could act naturally ...
after her surgeries ( especially in the face )
she had lost heat & temperament too - at my opinion.
Gina Colany with frozen mimic was like a puppet at Madame Tussaud for me.
